SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

NX Motorsport specialises in premium automotive artwork, including printed posters, canvas prints and personalised artwork created to order.

As all products are professionally printed, slight variations in colour, brightness and contrast may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. These differences are a normal part of the printing process and do not constitute a fault.

Product photographs and preview images are intended to provide an accurate representation of our artwork, however colours may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device or display settings.

Many of our products are printed only after an order has been placed. Production will begin shortly after your order is confirmed.

Personalised artwork is created using customer-supplied reference images and design preferences. While we make every effort to produce artwork that reflects the supplied reference material, artistic interpretation and AI-assisted generation form part of the creative process.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Orders for printed artwork begin production shortly after payment has been successfully processed.

Because many products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced.

For personalised artwork, customers are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded photographs and design instructions are accurate before production begins.

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide any images submitted to NX Motorsport for the creation of personalised artwork.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the relevant store currency and may be subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges that may apply in your country.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment details for all purchases made through our store.

If we suspect inaccurate or fraudulent information has been provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

All artwork, product images, graphics, logos, branding, website content, designs, product descriptions and digital assets published by NX Motorsport are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical print or digital product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any intellectual property rights.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute our artwork.

• Scan or digitally reproduce our prints.

• Use our artwork for commercial purposes.

• Create derivative works based on our designs.

• Remove or alter any branding or copyright notices.

Personalised artwork commissioned through NX Motorsport remains protected by copyright. Customers are welcome to display their purchased artwork for personal use but may not reproduce or sell the artwork without our written permission.

We reserve the right to display completed artwork within our portfolio, website or social media channels unless the artwork was commissioned under an agreed private or confidential arrangement, or the customer has specifically requested that it remains private.

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not control or monitor.

These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use of any third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

If you upload photographs for a personalised artwork order, you confirm that you own the images or have permission to use them. You retain ownership of your photographs, while NX Motorsport receives a limited licence to use them solely for producing and fulfilling your order. We will not use your uploaded images for marketing without your permission.
