Refund policy
At NX Motorsport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in the original packaging

Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

damaged

defective

incorrect
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

perishable goods

custom or personalised products

personal care items

hazardous materials or flammable goods
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team.
We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
