Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Typical delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by NX Motorsport.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

NX Motorsport cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
